We are expecting our first baby in 2 1/2 weeks. Please pray for us as we prepare for our little girl. Secondly, we have learned today that Miriam’s blood pressure is a little high. Please pray for this situation as well. Pray with us as we rest in the Lord during this time.

Baby Valentine!
May 2009 Newsletter: Baby Valentine!
BABY VALENTINE:
We are excited to announce that our little family is soon going to become a little bit bigger! Baby Valentine is scheduled to enter this world on November 2, 2009. We had been praying that the Lord would allow us to have our first child before moving overseas, so this little one is truly an answer to prayer! Please pray along with us for a safe pregnancy and delivery for both the baby and Miriam.
TRAVELS:
We are writing from Pennsylvania. We plan to be here for at least for two months, with a trip out to Missouri and Oklahoma in the middle. We will be visiting our friends at Evening Shade Church and Johnson Prairie Church while we are there. Please pray for us as we continue to travel.
SUPPORT:
We are at approximately thirty percent of our support. Please keep praying for us as we continue our partnership development, and for the Lord to open doors.
Thanks for all of your prayers. Keep looking to the Lord Jesus in all that you do. Please keep in touch and let us know how we can be praying for you.

April 2009 Prayer Requests
- For safety while traveling to Pennsylvania and the Midwest.
- To keep our eyes on the Lord during these times.
- That we will be an encouragement to everyone as we travel
Thanks so much!
April 2009 Update
Over the past several weeks, we had traveled from Florida, to South Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky, before returning home again. We had the opportunity to speak in several churches and catch up with friends and family.
Now that we have been home for a few weeks, we will shortly be returning up north to Pennsylvania to spend more time there. We have churches there where we will be speaking. We also hope to make a trip to Missouri and Oklahoma to visit our friends there.
Please continue to pray for our travels, that they will be both safe and fruitful. Thanks for all of your prayers, support, and encouragement over the past few months!
Remember the Lord.
March 2009 Prayer Requests
Please keep praying for us as we travel. We are in the middle of our travels up north, and will not return home until early April.
March 2009 Update
We are in the midst of our travels to South Carolina, Pennsylvania and Kentucky. We had the opportunity to speak in my (Tim’s) home church during the missions conference. We will be on the road shortly to Kentucky to speak in two more churches. Please be praying:
- For safe travels
- For good health
- More opportunities to share about our ministry
- To rest in Jesus in the midst of everything
We are thankful that our God is control over everything in our lives, and will guide us in all things.
February 2009 Prayer Requests
Please keep us in prayer as we travel, and that we would rest in the Lord in all that we do.
February 2009 Update
Dear fellow believers in the Lord Jesus Christ:
Thank you very much for your prayers. We have been busy connecting with churches over the past month, and have many speaking engagements coming up. March will be an exceptionally busy month, doing extensive traveling.
Please keep us in your prayers as we travel, and that we would rest in the Lord throughout the entire time. If you have any questions for us, please ask. If we can be praying for you in any way, please let us know.
The Kingdom
After the Centurion confesses Jesus to have authority over the elements of creation in Matthew 8, Jesus expresses a rather disconcerting thought. Many will come from the east and the west (i.e. Gentiles) to dine with the patriarchs Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, but many “subjects” (i.e. Jews) would be cast out.
Today, the church (i.e. us) is often like the religious “in” crowd of those days. We confess Jesus as Lord like the Centurion, but often our actions betray us. What would our lives look like if we confess with our actions that Jesus is Lord over all creation? Whether we like it or not, God elected us as his ambassadors to the world that we may appeal to every creature and preach God’s grace and coming kingdom.
