Thanks for your prayers for Yuspiter and Fitria Yambung.
Yuspiter has finished his pilot-mechanic training with NTM Aviation. Now it is time for them to return home to Indonesia and begin their ministry of helps for the missionaries. Yus will be working on aircraft to enable the planes to keep flying in order to help missionaries reaching the tribes. He hopes to soon be able to get his rating for helicopter maintainance also. He hopes to return to the USA for a few short weeks to upgrade his mechanic’s license to include helicopters.
Fitria will be excited to see her mom and dad again after what must seem like a long time for them. The Lord has taken her on quite a journey. She started in a tribal setting, went out to the national missionary training school, married and followed her husband to the farthest side of the earth to a strange language and culture, she has given birth to one of her children in the USA, has been given new friends and now He is returning her back home again. The Lord is so gracious and amazing.
Please pray for them in this ministry for the Lord.

Dear Folks,
I would like to share a little bit about the trip in September to teach, this time in a new area located near the coast.

There were some of the believers that came down from the mountains to attend our teaching time, approximately one hundred plus. There were that many again from that local village who attended the teaching. Ed and I did most of the teaching or at least the main topics and then we would turn the teaching over to some of our other teachers who were there from mountains. This we hoped would be a help to give the people of that community an opportunity to get to know them. We started with the chronological teaching in Genesis and in the three days that we were teaching we were able to teach in Genesis through the story of Cain and Abel.
We ran out of time for teaching any further, though we did have time for some of our missionary trainees from the National Training Center, who came along to witness this teaching time, to have opportunity to speak and to sing. It was a good time I believe for all who attended. We praise the Lord for being able to be there in order to encourage people in the Scriptures and hopefully give them an appetite for reading the word of God in their own language. We also left New Testament Bibles in the Wana language for them and also lesson materiel for those in the village so they could continue with the chronological teaching as a way to clarify their understanding of the word of God.
We also spent time with the church leaders to help give them direction in their teaching.
We pray that it would help many to understand the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ clearly and trust in Him.
Thanks for your prayers.
