As the school term starts here in Guinea (I know it’s crazy to think of school starting in November) more of the people who spend the school year with our neighbors are returning. Everyday it seems like there is a new face next door. It’s a busy place to be sure. It can be very difficult to live next door to it all. There is a lot of abuse happening all the time and it can be hard to try and be friendly to people you know are abusing the kids. It’s a daily prayer request for the strength to not just yell at everyone to get out.
Add to the people is the growing number of animals around as well. At least this little guy in the picture with Malachi is a cute one. (more…)
