NTM PLEDGE AND COVENANT
August 1, 1942

Pledge and covenant entered into by Paul Fleming, Bob Williams, and Cecil Dye, to reach the last tribe with the Gospel in our generation. (selected text)

I. We hereby pledge ourselves:
A. To work for the completion of the Bride of Christ until death.
B. To measure all our effort in the light of this task.
C. To refrain from doing even the good things if they do not contribute to the most important thing, namely, reaching the last unevangelized tribe in our generation.
D. To do nothing that would hinder or detract or render us powerless in the accomplishment of this goal.

The founders of NTM had this vision back in 1942, and today  NTM is over 3,000 strong, still working toward the completion of the Bride of Christ. What a privilege and blessing it is to serve God in this way at NTBI; training hungry-hearted young people in the Word of God.

It is so exciting to see eyes light up as folks discover what is theirs as a result of trusting Jesus…not only eternal life and heaven, but power, wisdom and "all things that pertain to life and godliness" in order to make Christ known throughout the world until He comes again.

Thanks for praying for us as we invest in these dear ones of His!

The Fall 2008 semester finds Shirley continuing to serve as a Dean of  Women. This is her 12th semester assisting the ladies in their understanding of Biblical truth…as well as just being available to them for the daily needs they find in dormitory/college life.

I have assumed a new position as Director of Community Relations; as well I continue to serve on the Administration Committee, teach and coordinate the Prison Ministry.

Serving the students and staff here at NTBI is such a privilege; we thank God daily for the team He has raised up that partners with us each month – prayerfully and finacially. We know that this would not be possible without you!
