On Christmas Day, Paul fell and broke his wrist very severely. After being in the ER and seeing three orthopaedic specialists, surgery was scheduled for January 3rd. The surgery last about three hours but went better than the surgeon hoped for. He hopes Paul will get 90 percent movement back in is wrist after healing and therapy. At this time the doctor is counting on three months for full recovery.
Last night was pretty miserable but today has gone better. We are figuring out what pain medicine " works" and we’re learning the "art" of what positions are tolerable.
We are so thankful for so many who have been praying for Paul. Please continue to pray for his recovery.
Our plans for moving to Florida in January to work with NTM Homes have been delayed considerably. We know this is not a surprise to the Lord and are trusting Him for working out the details of this unexpected twist of plans!
Thank you for praying.
