During my training here at ntm I have been involved in an "outside ministry" called "YoungLife". YoungLife is a christian ministry that is geared towards highschool teens who would never think of stepping foot inside a church. Our goal is to build relationships with them, so that we can then share the gospel with them. It is certainly a hard ministry, but God is really helping me to step out of my comfort zone. At the beginning of last semester I met Veronica. She was very open and talkative. I started building a relationship with her and now we are meeting weekly for a bible study! We are going through the "Stranger" book, which focuses on building a firm foundation. She comes ever week with questions and is eager to learn. Praise the Lord! Please be praying for her salvation.
