The Lord has opened the door for us to go down to the boarding school in January. We desire to be a help in any way we can while we are there from January until the end of the school year in May. Kris will be teaching several elementary classes, possible 9th grade Earth Science and coaching soccer and volleyball. Mary-Jane will be a mother first and foremost and will be helping with guest accommodations at the school.
After our time at the boarding school we will go down to southern Brazil for a year of Portuguese study.
Once our Portuguese study is through we will begin the process of entering a tribal location. Much of our first years in a tribe will be taken up with building a house, and learning the language and culture of the people. Our desire is to see the Lord change the lives of the people through the teaching of His Word and to eventually be able to leave the location with a full functioning New Testament church.
