NTM

We have been members of New Tribes Mission since January 1985.

10 of the 22 years wre spent in Brazil training Brazilians for tribal church planting.

We moved to NTM Missionary Training Center in the USA in July 2000.  Over the past 7 years we have been involved in training missionaries and very involved in leading a youth program for teens on campus.

Jonathan’s repsonsibilites have included:

• Teaching Culture & Language Acquisition courses.
• Course Coordination and Development
• Weekly Youth Group Bible Study
• Coordination of Refresher Course Youth Program

Lisa’s responsibilities have included:

• Coordination of youth events and planning of activities for Campus Youth and Refresher Course Youth Program
• Identification of student leaders for our teens.
• Weekly Youth Group meetings in our home.

Because of the increase in the number of staff and student families we have seen our youth grow to 40 and expect it to continue to grow.  With that in mind we have been given freedom to spend more time working with our youth which means giving up a good bit of responsibility with the course.

Jonathan will still be invovled in teaching but not work as a coordinator or developer.  it will give him and Lisa more opportunity to be a blessing and encouragement to the student and staff kids here on campus.
