On our ministries page we mentioned an unbeliever that attends our Bible study. Namnan’s our man! He’s only a part-time worker and will only be with us for another month or so. Pray for a softening of his heart.

Lianne has had stomach/intestinal "issues" for about a month now. One medicine helped for awhile, but we feel like we’re nearly back at square one again. Pray for God’s healing hand and His infinite wisdom.

"How can YOU be so joyful living here instead of in the States?", she asked. This was just the open door for which Jim had been asking the Lord!

We met LamSuring in the market nearly ten years ago. But the market is the only place we would see him. It’s been hard to "make" opportunities to talk to him about the Lord. But God has recently put him and his family on our hearts. Jim began praying for an open door.

Jim and Batgerel were recently at the market and saw Lamsuring’s wife in the store they operate. His wife invited Jim in the back room to chat with Lamsuring. Batgerel soon followed Jim back there. Suddenly the "door" opened! God gave Batgerel an opportunity to share about the Creator God – the God of HOPE – with this family! It was a double blessing for Jim. The opportunity to share with this family happened, and it was shared by one of Jim’s best Mongolian friends. What a thrill to see this young believer share with a fellow Mongolian!

Still praying for more open doors, Jim went back to Lamsuring’s store a week or so later. The older daughter was working the store this day. She was pbviously discouraged. Jim recognized it as the "open door" he’d prayed for. She asked Jim, "How can you be so joyful living here instead of the States?" Now THAT’S an open door! What a joy to share with this young girl about the awesome God we serve and the joy and contentment He gives as we serve Him.

Pray for the salvation of this family…and more open doors.
