As you think of the things involved in tribal church planting, what things come to mind? Probably language learning, Bible translation, discipleship…

But did you think of literacy? Most people don’t!

Missionaries invest years and years into great Bible translations and Bible study materials for tribal people. But what good will these do if the people cannot read?

We are thrilled with the opportunity that God has given us to ensure that His Word is opened to every tribal group in every country where New Tribes Mission works. This means we travel throughout Latin America, Africa, Asia, Europe and the South Pacific.

About our family… 

Connie & Joey in GA

 Our newlyweds have been married nearly 5 months already! Joey keeps busy working at a local Christian college in their garage. Connie loves her job as a physical therapist assistant in a nursing home. 

Pam & Ryan with a full house in WV

Life around Pam & Ryan’s home is NEVER dull! With Ryan’s job as the youth pastor of a growing church, there are always activities and teens in and out. Our little Reed is one and beginning to talk up a storm…of course with a WV accent! Ryan & Pam are thrilled to open their home to several foster children. So currently they have a full house from a 6 month old to a senior in high school!

and David & Mari are still waiting for baby!

Baby’s expected date of arrival has come and gone, so we are all just waiting for her to make her appearance! We sure hope it is before we need to leave for Panama! Little Molly is two now and will be a great big sister. She has decided baby sister’s name should be “Clip!”
