Life’s milestones are great things to help us push forward and achieve goals. They are also great to look back on—they allow us to regain our sense of direction when we need that reminder of where we have been and where we are going.
The end of May, we passed another milestone in our lives—we completed our missionary training with New Tribes Mission of Canada.
It was great to have all our parents, and almost all our grandparents (as well as many other family and friends)
present with us as we celebrated the completion of two years of missionary training.
So what now?
We plan on hanging around Durham till Father’s Day. At that point, we will move back to the Clinton area. We will be staying with Angie’s parents. We want to spend as much time with family and friends before we head to Indonesia in mid-August.
While in Indonesia on our missions trip, we want to see what God is doing. We have plans to visit some tribal church plants, and be an encouragement to the missionaries that are serving in various ministries there.
