This job is a 9 year dream of mine!
I’m located at New Tribes Mission U.S. Headquarters in the Mobilization department. I work specifically with the short-term mission trips.
Whenever someone is interested in going on a trip they contact me and I guide them through the application process, help prepare them for their trip, meet them for orientation, and then follow up afterwards.
Many of these people become fulltime missionaries!
