Do you get irritated when you are interrupted from doing whatever it is you happen to be doing?
We have many interruptions at our home & they often goes like this:
Don, Valentine is here to see you. Don goes out to greet Valentin, ask about his family, makes a comment about the weather & ask him if he would like a drink terere, a natural tea that grows in Paraguay.
Then Valentin says, "I was reading my Bible in James chapter 1. I don’t understand what the verses are saying & so I talked to Epifano about what he thought it means to be happy when you go through trials? We decided we should come & ask you to explain to us. Are we to be happy when hard things happen to us?"
So you see it can be very rewarding to be interrupted from your own personal schedule. What a privilege to be interrupted to talk about the Word of God.
