Have you ever thought about how people become involved in missions? What are the opportunities? Where do they begin and how? Expanding the reach of the gospel means connecting people to ministry. Often people begin serving short term to "test the waters". Jill and Dave help people discover if NTM is a good fit for their goals and occupational skills by helping them explore ministry options. The Associate Program is a good stepping stone for people who’ve done a number of short term mission trips and want to take the next step toward missions service.
