HOW DID WE GET HERE??!!

Andrew was 5 years old when he became a believer in Christ. He had learned about heaven and hell in a Sunday School class and talked with his mom about is afterwards, and prayed for the first time. Later, at the age of 8 he read the book Peace Child by Don Richardson. This is what the Lord used to direct him into missions work.

Amberlynne was 6 years old when she first heard about Christ from a CEF (Child Evangelism Fellowship) day camp. This is also when she became a believer. Amberlynne knew she wanted to do what the camp leaders had done for her… share the gospel with people who have never heard.

All through their teenage years they were involved in local short term missions trips. They also were involved in overseas missions trips, Andrew to Brasil and Papua New Guinea, and Amberlynne to Paraguay. These trips were  confirming the desires that God had put into their hearts as small children.

After graduation they both applied and were accepted to New Tribes Bible Institute in Waukesha, WI. It was a 2 year school that focused on Biblical studies. That is where they met, dated and were engaged. A few weeks after graduation they were married. In fall of 2006, they continued the path God had put before them and attended a 2 year missions program in Canada. While attending the Missions Training Centre in Canada, God softened their hearts to the people groups of Indonesia. They also became parents to a beautiful baby boy, Chase. After graduating, they immediately started "Pre-Field Ministry". This is one year dedicated to missionaries raising up supporters, sponsors and encouragers. Andrew & Amberlynne only have 5 months until they leave for Indonesia, and have another 40% of their financial support to raise.

They praise God for what He has done, and that God will complete the work that He has begun in them.
