The foundation has been poured for another student four-plex, similar to the one in the center. |

When the Inapang people of Papua New Guinea recently realized their language could not be spelled properly using the alphabet their children were learning in school, the Housley and Moore families were overjoyed. This meant the entire tribe saw the need for the alphabet these missionaries had developed.
How do you develop an alphabet to fit an unwritten language? It's just one of the skills taught in NTM's specialized training for planting tribal churches, training that will be improved and expanded at the new Missionary Training Center under construction in Missouri.
Thanks for taking part! Here are some more opportunities to pray:
The Curriculum Development Team is about halfway through the work it needs to accomplish before classes begin in August 2006. Thank the Lord for good progress, and please continue to pray as they work on teaching materials and scheduling. Pray also for wisdom as they balance the need for facilities with the resources available.
Another four-plex for student housing is under way. The floor has been poured for one of the four that still need to be completed before classes begin in the fall of 2006. Please pray; building and finances are both behind schedule.
Please keep praying for properties to sell. The sale of former training centers in Baker, Oregon, and Durant, Mississippi, and property in Indiana donated to New Tribes Mission, could provide significant funds for construction.
