Most of the village turned out for Jason’s arrival. He spent the weekend with the people, catching up and telling stories.
Swanson’s house is quite dilapidated. While he was in the village, Jason organized workers to weave a new thatch roof and new palm siding. Jason plans to return to the village in two weeks – hopefully with a work crew – to put on the new roof, siding and screens.
Once their house is ready, the whole Swanson family will move into the village.
Tom writes, “It will be soooooo goooood to have co-workers again!”
Pray that Jason can get a missionary work crew to help him with his house projects.
Pray that Swansons will be able to move back into the village soon.
