UNTIL SUMMER (April 29, 2008)

Please be praying for us as we look to the last few weeks of school for the kids: Pray that God would give wisdom as we guide and love our precious ones that they can see Jesus and His love in us.

Pray for Emma and Tasha: Emma will be involved in a Quinceanera for a Mexican friend from church in May.  There is a lot of culture there that we are not used to.  Please pray for us to be sensitive, aware and a blessing.

Pray for us as a family: We would like to go camping in the mountains one more time after school is out.  Pray that God would continue to accomplish what He wants for this tribe.  That we will continue to be earthen vessels for His glory.

Please pray for our finances: As we look to moving into the tribe there will be major expenses that we know God already has planned for. 

Pray for our family: God desires to use us to be a blessing to others here on the field while we are in town. Pray that we would be sensitive to the Spirit's leading in who to talk to and in wise use of time so that we have the time for the people God brings into our lives.

UPDATE ON LATRINE TRIP (April 29, 2008)

Ron and the guys made it back safe and sound after a great trip. 

Thank you for your prayers for the guys, we know God answers!

ANOTHER TRIP (March 12, 2008)

Please pray for this trip to the mountains this week. 

Ron is helping teach the people how to build a certain type of latrine. 

Pray for his safety and that of Tom and another missionary.  

Pray that God would continue to open the necessary doors to have a missionary presence living among the Nahuat.   

Pray that God would bring together the team He desires so that the Meshikaneros would be reached for His glory.

THE NEXT YEAR (October 2, 2007)

Please pray with us that we would continue to follow the Lord's leading as we look at  the next twelve months.  We will be making trips in to meet the tribal people to whom we will be ministering.  And we will be gathering supplies that we will need and we will also be looking for partners to help us in this work. We know His timing is perfect.  Pray that we would depend on Him and rest in His timing.

We are so thankful to God for His provision of the minivan. 

MEXICO (June 6, 2007)

Please pray for us as we keep getting stomach bugs.  Pray for us physically and emotionally that we won't become discouraged and lose heart.

Please pray that we would receive our permament registration and title for the van so we can bring it into Mexico.

PATIENCE (May 2, 2007)

Please pray for us as we seek to finish the paperwork to bring the new van into Mexico.

Pray for wisdom and patience as we continue to walk through each day, that we would be shining examples of Christ and His love in the midst of each situation in which we find ourselves.

Safety during the trip
Wisdom in packing as we decide what to take and what to leave
That we adjust to our new home and to the Mexican culture quickly

Amado's mistake almost cost him his life, but he now has another chance to hear about the One who gives real life. Pray that Amado and others in his village who are hearing evangelistic Bible lessons will believe in the Savior. Find out more -- read the story >>
