January 29th, 2010 PARAGUAY (Manjui tribe)
Manjui missionaries Isnei and Zitiila have returned home after completing evangelistic Bible lessons. After reviewing the lessons and spending time with those who listened, it appears that eight people have placed their faith in Christ. Praise God, and pray that these new believers grow and mature in their faith.
Bill and Donna Davis and two Palawano co-workers -- Nursalyn and Arlyn -- finished checking the book of Luke today. After a few editing issues are completed, the book will be ready for another check in May with a skilled translator. Please pray for the translation team as they continue translating God\'s Word into the Palawano language.
God has provided a vehicle for missionaries Nathan and LaNada Tag after a rollover accident in South Dakota totaled their car. Praise God for His provision and pray for the Tags as they travel to Tennessee then to Arizona.
I am praying for the work with the Tarahumara [tribe in Mexico] at all times. I am also very interested in the Gospel for the Tepehuan [tribe in Mexico]. May God richly bless your ministry. I would like to say to the missionaries that I support that they are doing a great thing.
