About 25 people are hearing evangelistic Bible teaching in one Bena Bena village in Papua New Guinea.
"So far they have shown good interest and understanding of what is being taught," wrote missionary David Lee.
David and his co-worker, Rich Foster, have been teaching key themes in the Old Testament that will lead them to presenting lessons about Jesus.
The missionaries are training three Bena Bena believers -- Kokere, Heti and Buka -- to be Bible teachers and hope they will soon be able to take over all the teaching and do outreaches on their own.
Please pray that the Gospel can be presented clearly and that those hearing the teaching will understand the salvation that is available in Christ. |
