Purpose:

YOU CAN BE PART OF THE CHURCH PLANTING TEAM AS A TEACHER by educating children of missionaries. This allows missionaries to minister in remote locations where their children's educational and social needs cannot always be met.

Responsibilities:

• Instruct students in accordance with curriculum and school policies.
• Attend all teacher and staff meetings, in-service days, planning meetings, etc. during times when school is not in session.
• As staffing levels demand and background and experience permit, teachers may be asked to teach other subjects or electives in addition to their main discipline.
• Perform such non-teaching duties as may be requested by the administration such as student work detail oversight, advisor of a student organization, maintenance, coaching, etc.

Experience:

Degree and teacher certification required. Rare exceptions made when proficiency and /or experience for the position can be adequately demonstrated. Minimum 1 year teaching experience strongly recommended.
