DESCRIPTION
Job Title: School Administrator
Region: South Pacific
Country: Papua New Guinea
Location: Malango School
Purpose: YOU CAN BE PART OF THE CHURCH PLANTING TEAM AS A SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR by helping to educate children of missionaries. This allows missionaries to minister in remote locations where their children's educational and social needs cannot always be met.
Responsibilities: The school administrator has the following responsibilities:
• Supervise and assign teaching staff. Schedule classes.
• Chair staff meetings
• Orient new teachers to the school. Correspond with potential staff.
• Liaison between parents and the school.
• Oversee annual standardized testing.
• Purchase school materials.
• Oversee school maintenance.
• Maintain computers and school equipment.

REQUIREMENTS
Degree: NTM Training
Experience: A full time member of NTM is required for this position. School administration background is preferred but not required.
