| Purpose: |
YOU CAN BE PART OF THE CHURCH PLANTING TEAM AS A TEACHER by educating children of missionaries. This allows missionaries to minister in remote locations where their children\'s educational and social needs cannot always be met. |
| Responsibilities: |
• Instruct students in accordance with curriculum and school policies.
• Attend all teacher and staff meetings, in-service days, planning meetings, etc. during times when school is not in session.
• Perform such non-teaching duties as may be requested by the administration such as student work detail oversight, advisor of a student organization, maintenance, coaching, etc.

Degree and teacher certification required. Rare exceptions made when proficiency and /or experience for the position can be adequately demonstrated.
Minimum 1 year teaching experience strongly recommended.

| Comments: |
This ministry is a part time position. However, there are many other necessary ministries within the school and elsewhere on the center to supplement this ministry.
This ministry is located at the field headquarters with a community of over 250 people. Located in the mountains of Papua New Guinea with an elevation of over 5,000 feet, the climate is spring-like year round. Many ministries are located at this center; including the school for missionary children, flight program and medical and dental clinics.
