Philippines (May 8th, 2008): Please pray for missionary pilot Ben Hart and his wife, Suzy, as they get more involved in the aviation program. "[Ben] now has experience in regular flights, delayed flights, last minute medical flights and canceled flights," wrote Suzy, who will take over flight following and scheduling.

Southern Isnag tribe, Philippines (May 7th, 2008): Steve, a missionary pilot with SIL, was in the right place at the right time. After a routine flight into a Southern Isnag village, Steve had to make an emergency trip to deliver a mother and her newborn child to a hospital for medical help. Agta tribe, Philippines (April 15th, 2008): After years of culture and language study, missionary John Burbidge has begun evangelistic Bible teaching among the Agta people in the Philippines. John is alone in the tribe and along with teaching he ministers to the people's medical needs and performs other tasks. Pray that the Lord will strengthen him for each day's activities.

Banwaon tribe, Philippines (March 24th, 2008): The Banwaon people will soon have 30 percent of the New Testament in their language. Pray that these believers, who are reaching out to others, will have more of God's Word to use in their outreach. Find out more -- read the story >>

Ga-dang tribe, Philippines (March 19th, 2008): Missionary Bob Bagley was welcomed by the Ga-dang people when he visited to assess whether there was a need for a church planting team in their remote village. Please pray with the missionary families who are asking God whether this village is where God wants them to plant a church.

Manobo tribe, Philippines (March 7th, 2008): Piduy, a Manobo believer, is working through the evangelistic Bible lessons with six young single men living in the village. The lessons take place in his home at night. Please pray that they will be faithful in attendance, and open to His Word.

Palawano tribe, Philippines (March 5th, 2008): The Palawano people have a cultural taboo that has caused a unique problem in their literacy classes. Higaunon tribe, Philippines (February 14th, 2008): "We are done checking the Higaunon New Testament!" wrote missionaries Lance and Laura Ostman. Ron Jennings will soon go over the recommended changes with Higaunon co-workers. The missionary team also wants to make the necessary changes for two other dialects that also need the Scriptures. Please pray for all the changes to be made smoothly and that the team can find the right place to print the New Testaments.

Tala Andig tribe, Philippines (February 12th, 2008): An unreached Tala Andig village was ordered to avoid visiting missionaries and Tala Andig believers by their leader.
