NTM Homes:

• Finances for the building of a Multi-purpose building (which includes a chapel and office space), as the area now being used is needed for additional resident rooms. (For information on the progress of this project please see the information and updates page on this site.)
• Folks to serve in these volunteer ministry opportunities;  general maintenance, roofing, floor covering-tile, carpet, etc., grounds maintenance, receptionist, cooking, housekeeping or surveyor. 
• Wisdom in meeting the emotional, spiritual and physical needs of our retired missionaries. 
• Good relationships in the community and opportunities to share the Gospel.
• Wisdom for the development of the next 30 acreas.
• Adjustment for those who are moving into the Latham Center.

• Removed and replaced roof on one duplex

• Replaced flooring in 28 rooms and repaired floor in another
• Replaced damaged carport posts
• Re-built trusses to accomadate storage area
• Installed 16 skylights
• Built addition to constructiton office
• Replaced defected valves and other plumbing maintenance
• Installed irrigation and sod around new duplex

• Began site work for new chapel, rerouted underground water and power, and brought ground up to slab height
