• Replaced many storm doors and/or storm door handles
• Repaired irrigation system
• General house maintenance
• Tree/ shrub trimming
• Replaced mulch
• Re-roofed two duplexes and two additional carports
• Replaced siding for five duplexes
• Labeled electric and phone system in Latham Center
• Replaced concrete road sections
• Laid some new sidewalks
• Replaced water supply lines in attic of ALF
• Supplemented blown-in attic insulation in some duplexes
• General plumbing renovations in duplexes was done
• Assorted ceramic tile, carpet, and laminate floor coverings were replaced
• Various mechanical and welding projects in the Auto Shop
• Completed interior of 400-402 Greenland Ct (SIP duplex)
• Installed skylights
• “Deep Clean” ALF, offices, and refurbished duplexes
• Help was given with general housekeeping duties
• General office work was done

MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING GROUNDBREAKING

NTM Homes has broken ground on a new multipourpose and chapel building.  The new building will provide room for the growing NTM Homes community.  The groundbreaking took place on June 2, 2009.  The completion date will depend on the availability of funds and volunteers.
