 When I think of NTM's present training program for tribal ministry, here's what comes to mind: practical, tested in the crucible of tribal work globally, theologically sound, church centered, missiologically astute, systemic, cutting edge, team oriented. Church multiplication, holistic, exit strategy, chronological teaching -- all taught by experienced practitioners. That's why I highly recommend it.
