PRAYER REQUESTS AS WE PREPARE TO SERVE IN INDONESIA (June 14, 2007)

Please pray for us. Here are a few of the most important requests we have as we prepare for Indonesia.

1. Pray for us as we travel. We will be all over the country from Pennsylvania to Washington state.

2. Pray for God to lead us to those who would partner with us in prayer and financially.

3. Pray for our training bills. We still have a considerable amount we owe NTM for flight training and we can't leave for Indonesia until they are completely paid off.

4. Pray for these last few months with family. Pray that God would prepare our parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters and our other relatives hearts for our departure.

5. Pray that the passport, visa and other paperwork needed to get in the country would get through with no problems and back to us quickly.

STRENGTH AND GROWTH IN OUR MARRIAGE (September 24, 2006)
This is a continual prayer request for us.  We know that the enemy is after us to undermine our desire to serve God in missions.  Your prayers for us to be strong in our commitment to each other is essential.  Pray for me (Nathan) that I would love LaNada as Christ loves the church.  Pray for me (LaNada) that I would respect my husband and submit to him as God desires me to. 

GOOD HEALTH DURING OUR TIME IN TRAINING (September 24, 2006)
Please pray that all of us would stay healthy during our time here in Arizona.  Pray that the girls would not have any run-ins with rattle snakes (we do keep a good eye on them) or scorpions.  Pray that Nathan would be able to stay healthy with his demanding training schedule.  Pray for LaNada as she takes care of the girls that she would stay well also.

FOR OUR FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND HELICOPTER TRAINING (September 24, 2006)
Please pray that God would raise up strong committed partners.  We are currently at 30% of our needed support level for training and also for going overseas after training.  Pray that we would learn to wait on God and not let the bills discourage us.  Pray that we would always be reminded that this is about God and not about us. 

A great opportunity has come our way.  NTMA is getting a helicopter for Indonesia and offering training.  We have really been praying about whether God would have us take this training as it would increase Nathan's ability to supply missionaries and feel He is directing us to do so.   Please pray for the finances to make this training possible. 

FOR LANADA AND GIRLS AS THEY TRAVEL BACK TO TENNESSEE (September 24, 2006)
LaNada and girls have been given the chance to return to Tennessee and see family and friends for several weeks. They will leave on the 27th of this month.   Please pray for their travels as well as there time home.  Pray for the time LaNada spends with her grandma.  She is ill and it is unsure how long she will live.  Praise God for the gift of the airplane tickets to return. 

Indonesia (December 1, 2008)

Two Lauje men spent 11 days with missionaries Barrie and Cherri Williamson checking the Lauje New Testament. Please pray that their enthusiasm will be contagious among other believers. Find out more -- read the story >>

Sekadau tribe, Indonesia (November 25, 2008)
Believers are overcoming misunderstandings and hard feelings. Please pray that they will become stronger after resolving their differences and that outreach to a neighboring village will resume. Find out more -- read the story >>
