Missionaries Daniel and Laura Swanson, currently in culture and language study preparing to serve in Bolivia, had their latest language evaluations last week.
The evaluation was to see where they should start in language class. Laura wrote, "Dan did great and the director was very impressed with his vocabulary."
But attending class isn't the only way the Swansons will learn. "It is going to be a challenge balancing our home life and school," Laura wrote. "Besides taking classes, I will also have a language helper who will come to our apartment to help me even more with learning Spanish. I am feeling overwhelmed with thinking about how our schedules are going to work out."
Please pray for the Swansons as they settle in and tackle the task of learning Spanish culture and language.
