Be part of the church planting team in Mozambique by overseeing many of the personnel aspects of our missionaries. |
| Responsibilities: |
In general: Responsible for all aspects of personnel matters, from pre-field inquiries to on-site personnel needs. More specifically: Overseeing or performing tasks related to pre-arrival communication and counsel, preparing for new arrivals, managing departure process for members, policy management and communication, communicating with sending churches and NTM sending countries, conference and event planning, member care, maintaining personnel paperwork, orienting new members. This might sound like a lot of work, but it's only a part time role. |

As the Personnel Coordinator, you will oversee all aspects of Personnel but will be able to share the workload with others on the team that you delegate to. Because this role requires only part time attention, there are opportunities to take on a variety of other administrative tasks, technology tasks, finance tasks, or other tasks in and outside the office based on your skills and interests. If you desire, you will have many opportunities to interact with Mozambican believers and unbelievers and build relationships that will lead to ministry opportunities outside the office. You will have the ability to spend almost as much time as you like becoming integrated with the culture. |
