Justin: became a Christian while attendiing a Christian Camp. He was challenged into missions through a short term missions trip with NTM, Interface.
We have known each as far back as we can remember and have been best friends since we began high school. We started dating in 1999 and were married in January 2001. Eight months later we left for New Tribes Bible Institute in Waukesha, WI to begin training for tribal church planting.
We trained with New Tribes Mission for 4.5 years from Biblical Studies to Cross-Cultural Communication to Linguistics. We have been blessed with two boys, Ethan (5 years old) and Derek (2 years old) along the way. Training with New Tribes Mission invovled 8 moves into 5 different states.
We arrived in Indonesia and studied Indonesian for 1.5 years before moving to Papua. We are now in the process of moving into a Morop village. We are excited about what God has done and his doing in Morop!
