| Jonathan and Heidi |
Jonathan and Heidi are from Washington State. Before becoming involved in missions Jonathan taught in elementary schools and Heidi worked as a records clerk in a doctor's office. Upon hearing that school teachers were needed in order to keep missionaries working in their assigned locations, Jonathan and Heidi decided to become involved. After completing three years of training in the United States, they moved to the Philippines in 1994 and were assigned to the New Tribes Mission school on the island of Luzon. After serving there for one term they were assigned to the Isnag work which they officially joined in 1999. Jonathan and Heidi have four children: Charles (11/3/89), James (7/7/92), Carrie (7/11/94), and Thomas (5/2/96). |
