It sure is hot here!!! Jason and I made it back to Arizona last week, and we have been busy unpacking and settling in. We are making friends fast with the new students. For the first time I'm not the youngest, by six months.
I sure like our new house. There are so many cupboards. I even have a few drawers empty.
It has rained a few times here, but we are finishing up the rainy season. Right now at 5pm, it is 86 outside and only 84 inside. Our swamp cooler (Air conditioning for the desert), isn't working so great. However, it is better than our last house!
We have already taken advantage of the free bread on Tuesdays, and the community free food (this month it was nectarines, berry wheat bread, and chips.)
I included some pictures of the house. As you can see there are a few things that we need to pick up still. We are almost done unpacking. You have to remember that we just got here on Friday, and then spent the whole weekend camping.
This is the view of our trailer from the road as you come up to it.
We spend a great deal of time outside. So we have lots of toys there to play with. Jason has a collection of wind chimes.
And we both have our own hammocks.
Tonight we are having dinner on the picnic table that Jason built last year. We like to have friends over to sit around the fire pit that he made also, in the background.
Shelby even has a pool. Being a black dog who stays outside most of the time, she gets so hot. We happen to get this last year on clearance for a couple of bucks. Some of the kids come over and play in it also. :)
Right away you walk into the kitchen area. If you turn right you go down the hallway to the bathroom and bedroom

Okay, back to the kitchen.And dining room.
Look at that beautiful table runner (Jamie made)! In the middle of our table, I have the table runner that my sister, Jamie, made me. It matches my decoration and dishes so well. I really like it.
And Jason made this counter top, bread box and coffee table.
Well, that is all. We sure love our new house. You will have to come and visit before we leave!
