| National Pilot Training Program |
|
The Indonesian government requires that Indonesians be trained in every specialty role that expatriate missionaries perform. This fits with NTM's goal of partnering with national believers to plant tribal churches. Training Indonesians to serve as pilots and mechanics will ensure that visas continue to be issued for expatriate missionaries. |
| Nomad Nelman and Yuspiter Yambung have completed their classroom training for Aviation Mechanics and have completed 2/3 of the testing for the FAA Mechanics Rating. When the testing is complete, they will gain practical experience working on airplanes in the maintenance department of the school. Nomad Nelman will also begin training for his pilot's license and subsequent ratings. |

Thank you for helping make this project possible. |

| Your investment will have a two fold impact on planting tribal churches. You will be helping the ministry in Indonesia by adding qualified co-workers as well as giving NTM valuable experience in training people from other countries for technical roles. |
