Julie and I part of a very exciting project – which means you have opportunities to take part in it too.
Working with a couple of young producer-directors and a videographer, we’ve just completed a new short film, FLIGHT. You can watch it online >>
I worked with the script for this video, and helped ensure that it stayed on the message we wanted to get out.
Next we’re planning to work with the same talented team to produce some short films of some of the amazing stories of God at work among tribal people.
Why? Well, early in FLIGHT the narrator says this:
New Tribes missionaries live among people groups in some of the most remote and forgotten places on the face of the earth. New Tribes Aviation pilots are responsible for getting them there. Tribal church planters and pilots alike share a common goal: ‘Reach tribal people with the Gospel.’
And that’s why we’re making short films of these stories. We know that hearing about what God is doing will inspire more people to get involved. That’s triple-good: good for those who get involved, glorifying to God, and good for the tribal people who get the opportunity to hear the Good News because people like you get involved.
I’ll be involved in the “big picture” aspects on all the stories, making sure they’re aimed at that triple-good goal. I’ll probably also be involved in scouting, photography, storyboarding, scripting and interviewing on location. That means travel expenses and equipment purchases.

My passport expired last month, and Julie needs a passport.
