_img.jpg) I grew up in rural Georgia and spent summers as a teenager on short term mission trips. When I became aware of unreached people in the world who had never heard of Jesus and lived in fear, my heart was broken. I have desired to serve as a full-time missionary to unreached people ever since.
I studied child and family development at the University of Georgia. I obtained a masters in professional counseling/Christian counseling in Atlanta, Georgia and worked as a counselor to abused children before finally heading to the foreign field.
I graduated from NTM missionary training in May of 2007 and I am enroute to Senegal, West Africa.
