WILLING TO HELP WHEREVER

Steve and Casey are eager to help in any way possible.

April 6, 2009

by Dena McMaster

Missionaries Steve and Casey Cretsinger told the field leaders in Guinea, "Let us know where you need us and that's where we'll go."

The Cretsingers spent the last year studying the culture of the Guineans and learning French, the national language, and are now ready to begin their ministry.

During the year of culture and language study, they attended a local Guinean church and helped the pastor teach the believers to reach out to their neighbors. Steve looks forward to helping the pastor continue the project.

Steve and Casey are excited about serving at the mission center and also being able to visit a tribal village adjacent to the center. Casey wrote, "Steve and I are excited about learning a tribal language and the new relationships we'll be able to develop in the village."

Help is needed at the mission center with construction jobs, the guest facility, and the school for missionary children, as well as the office. The Cretsingers are eager to help in any way possible. They look forward to how God uses them in the next year.

Please pray for Steve and Casey in these new challenges and for wisdom to balance the responsibilities of ministry and the needs of the family.
