Well, the LOOOONNNNGGGGG month that I was dreading is finally coming to a close. Greg has his passport in hand with his new Visa stamped in it and is all set to fly back to the states on June 30th. He will arrive here in Bozeman on July 2nd and we are all bursting with excitement. read more >>

How are you? After several weeks of spring weather and flowers blooming we have SNOW in Montana this morning. Of course I just packed up the snow boots so it is probably my fault! We are all doing fine here, everyone is healthy and we have been very busy, especially on the weekends traveling to share our ministry with area churches and have even had the opportunity to share in public and Christian schools. Please pray with us that more doors will open in that area and we will be able to build our prayer and financial support while we are home. read more >>

Today we got word that Ibu Tolot, one of the Buru believers died giving birth to her sixth child. The baby, their 5th son, survived. Please pray for Pak Lipus and his six children. We can rejoice in knowing we will see her again, but are saddened for her family and their loss. read more >>

Wow, almost November, that means six short weeks until we come home for our six-month home assignment. We are all getting SO excited. We have bookings! We will depart Indonesia December 11th and arrive in San Francisco December 12th, after one night in Singapore and 25 hours of airplane travel! We got a pretty good deal on tickets, only one stop and on a nice airline, Praise the Lord! read more >>

October is almost upon us and here in Indonesia that means Ramadan, the yearly month of fasting. During this month our Islamic neighbors fast every day from sun up to sun down. The month concludes with a big Idul Fitri celebration, where gifts are exchanged and feasts prepared and served. read more >>

Well August has arrived! Everyone here is painting their fences and putting up flags for their August 17th Independence Day. Our lives are getting back to normal. Greg and Herman have safely returned from their visit to our tribe, and Greg is now handling all major water problems! He is so much better at it than I am! read more >>

Wednesday morning Greg and Herman left on a nearly three day voyage to our village. They traveled by boat one day and night from Sulawesi to the shore of the Island we minister on, then after checking in with the authorities there, traveled by car an few hours and then by foot one full day into our village . I just received word that they arrived safely. read more >>
