The New Tribes Mission Aviation facility is in a remote area of the Arizona desert, making it perfect for training pilots and testing aircraft, but very tough on families. The searing desert climate combined with the remote location far from shopping centers and recreational facilities can be stressful for families, especially those with children.

Installing a pool on the NTMA property will provide fellowship opportunities and promote family unity. Nearly one-half of the funds have been donated.

HOW YOU'LL BE HELPING

The pool will make the nine-month training sessions in the desert more amenable for student and staff families. This will improve general morale and pilots and their families will be better prepared for their field assignments.
