VIVID DREAMS (April 25, 2008)

Kristia's FMS causes her to have very vivid, reoccurring dreams.  Right now this symptom is particularly active - causing her to be even more fatigued and emotionally drained than normal.

Please pray that Kristia would have some relief from these dreams.

RELIABLE MEN - QUALIFIED TO TEACH OTHERS (April 25, 2008)

Our local church is suffering from the lack of men who are willing and qualified to teach.

Praise God that one man has recently stepped up and asked David to teach him in his home on Monday nights.

Please pray that other men will recognize their need to study and be qualified to teach.  Pray that the Lord would orchestrate venues within our local church to train men.

"And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others." - 2 Timothy 2:2

YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE (April 25, 2008)

People wrote about our ministry recently:

"Your ministry is truly important in this day in missions."

...and another

"I am very glad for gifted individuals with the skills and passion like yourself!"

You might agree with these statements and are unable to go as a missionary yourself.  Giving so that we can plant tribal churches may be how God wants you to make a difference right now.

GOSPEL PRESENTED TONIGHT (April 25, 2008)

Today the Inanbimali people of Papua New Guinea are standing on the edge of eternal life as the death, burial, resurrection and ascension of Jesus Christ are presented tonight.

Pray that as the lesson is presented - they will come to the end of themselves and trust in Jesus Christ as their only way to be rightly-related to God.

CHRONOLOGICAL BIBLE TEACHING RESUMES (April 21, 2008)

Praise the Lord that assistants have stepped forward and the chronological Bible teaching David was doing is scheduled to resume April 27th.

The 1-5 grade class had been temporarily suspended due to the lack of teachers and available space.

Pray that the children will not be distracted by meeting in the hallway and that the teaching will be able to continue uninterrupted.

DIZZINESS CONTINUES (April 14, 2008)

When David met with his Neurologist yesterday he said the positional vertigo and dizziness David is experiencing should gradually go away on it's own.

The Epley maneuver that was tried twice failed to help.  After having this problem for over 2 months, it is a little discouraging that it is still an issue.

Praise the Lord, this problem has not gotten worse and has a minimal effect on daily activities. Please pray for complete healing.

OPPORTUNITY - NEW PHONE (April 14, 2008)

David uses his phone all the time to check his email and approve content for NTM websites when he is not at his desk.  The service plan on his current phone expired on March 1, 2008.

A new model phone called "the Mogul" includes enhancements that would make David's work easier and allow him do some things he is not currently able to do.

BAGWIDO CHURCH IS BORN (April 9, 2008)

"We had heard the story of Jesus but we didn't know who Jesus really was," said Ismail. "Today I believe that Jesus is my Redeemer. Today I believe that when Jesus died on the cross, His blood bought my sin."

Praise God that eternal life has now begun for many of the Bagwido people. The task of planting a tribal church, faithfully reproducing itself, has just begun.

You can hear many more testimonies of Bagwido believer's faith in Jesus Christ and the teaching process God used to bring them to salvation by reading the full story.  Thank you for your part in this event through your partnership with us.
