DINANGATS TO HEAR GOD'S WORD

April and the rest of the team have befriended the Dinangat people so that they can tell them God`s message.

January 25, 2008

by Patrick Hatcher

Bible teaching in the Dinangat tribe begins in less than a week.

Missionaries Jeremiah and April Markley are excited. "The Bible lessons are ready, the time and place have been set, the invitation has gone out. God's people have been praying. And now, all eyes are watching to see what is going to happen.

We too are anxiously sitting at the edge of our seats to see what the Lord has for the people here," the Markleys wrote. "We have already seen Him at work in the people's hearts. One man who was planning on leaving in January on a trip … [he] felt like God sent us here so he should stay and listen to what we have to say.

"Others have been planning around the teaching as well, they don't want to miss it. It is God's desire that all would come to Him and receive His gift of love and salvation, … He's been working in the soil of their hearts.

"Please continue to fervently pray for their souls," wrote Jeremiah and April.
