Once again New Tribes Mission has made the annual list of 30 "Shining Light" Christian ministries published this month by MinistryWatch.com.
MinistryWatch.com makes its selections based on both quantitative and qualitative criteria, noting that the ministries are truly "exemplary" in the following areas:
They have a legitimate non-profit ministry and purpose.
They treat donors fairly by earning a Transparency Grade of "A" from MinistryWatch.com
They are unashamed of being identified as an evangelical Christian ministry.
MinistryWatch.com knows of no issue that would be of concern to donors.
MinistryWatch.com is a donor advocate, with the mission of helping Christian donors make more informed and effective giving decisions. Their website, www.MinistryWatch.com contains detailed financial and worldview information for nearly 500 of the largest Christian ministries in the USA, and is viewed by more than 30,000 unique visitors each month.
MinistryWatch.com has been naming Shining Lights for three years and NTM has made the list each year.
Pray that NTM will continue to honor God and use its resources to effectively proclaim the Gospel and plant churches among tribal peoples who have yet to hear His Truth.
