Yagaso is probably over 80 years old. But even with a full life of experiences behind her, she has not stopped learning.
Instead, she has taken on the challenge of learning to read and write her own language.
This week, missionaries David and Wendy Lee and Rich Foster have begun a 4-month literacy course among the BenaBena people and Yagaso is one of 13 students.
"We don't know how she will do but we will certainly encourage her along," wrote Wendy.
Pray for Yagaso and her fellow students that they will catch on quickly and be encouraged. Pray that soon they will be able to read God's Word.
