Disclaimer: Where are all the measurements and amounts? Well, Indonesians rarely measure ingredients. They just add until it smells right and looks like enough to feed their family. I am still perfecting that skill – some of my dishes are too spicy, others too salty, etc… but my boys are tolerating my cooking skills. Too much garlic or too salty are the common complaints I’ve received so far… so beware.
