Many tribes in Indonesia are asking to be taught God`s Word in their own language.

The Kantuk people of Indonesia asked again last week for people to teach them God's Word in their own language.

A small group came to another tribe's village to speak to the missionaries there.

"We want to know how we can be taught in our own language," they said. "We want what you have. We are tired of always dealing with students from Bible schools coming to practice at our church. We feel like a piece of wood being drilled full of holes. Can you help?"

Lujung, a deacon in the Punan church, spoke of the Kantuk people as a building without a church. A church is a body of believers; the Kantuks have the building, but the church is missing.

"I want to go as a part of the team to share the Gospel with these people," Lujung said. He cannot do the job of church planting alone, though; he would need team members.

This is the third cry for help from the Kantuk people in the last year. They are seeking the Truth they see displayed in the lives of believers.

Please pray that God will raise up a team to share the Good News with the Kantuk people.
