| Barry and Carol at the Missionary Training Center in Missouri |
In 1980, when Carol and I left our home and our jobs in Colorado to begin our training with New Tribes Mission, we could not have imagined what an incredible privilege we would have. Being a part of the overall team effort to see the message of the Gospel go out into remote tribal areas around the world has been fantastic.
After serving in West Africa for over ten years in the Glaro tribe, Carol and I are now at home in the Ozarks of Missouri at NTM's Missionary Training Center. We are helping to equip men and women for tribal church planting ministries. Clear communication of the message is essential to seeing people come to know Christ as Savior and New Testament churches planted. Our goal is to give these missionary candidates the tools necessary to do cross-cultural ministry. |
