Classes began last week for 400 students at NTM Bible schools in Waukesha, Wisconsin, and Jackson, Michigan.
An international student body from Korea, Australia, Canada, Germany, Swaziland, England and the USA kicked off the new semester at the two schools.
Before classes began at Waukesha, 222 students received a missionary challenge from Mark and Holly Woodard who minister among the Malaumanda people in Papua New Guinea.
For ten days prior to school starting at Waukesha, 40 student leaders spent time together learning their responsibilities. Part of the training included a four-day camping trip.
At Jackson, 122 students returned for the new semester and were joined by 76 incoming students. During orientation the group heard about Steve Sanford's ministry.
Pray for the students as they begin their studies. Some have sold homes, terminated jobs and left friends and family far behind in order to spend this time immersed in God's Word.
"Please pray," wrote Ron Lindsey, "that we will teach each student as Christ Himself would teach. Our desire is to see each individual equipped and serving with NTM abroad."
