As I write this update, I hear the pounding rain subsiding. The storms have come literally in huge waves of torrential rain and wind. But the total lack of lightening and thunder (and no tornados!) has been amazing. So your prayers and ours are being answered, and we are safe. :)
Tropical Storm Fay is projected to sit on us for at least another day as it moves slowly to the West/Northwest. So please don't stop praying as the forcast calls for 30 - 60 MPH sustained winds and flooding rains.
Also, we need your help in another way. Some very specific financial needs have been weighing on us, and your prayers for God's provision -- or even your direct involvement -- would be a huge blessing. You can see the specific details online >>
