Where do I start? There's just so much to tell you about! How about "MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR!"
The holiday season was a blur for us this year -- but filled with lots of fun and excitement ... like our first Christmas in our own home here in Florida. :) Actually, the carpet just went in our master bedroom the weekend before Christmas ... and I finished the wood laminate flooring in the three kids' rooms just before celebrating the New Year.
And in the middle of everything it's been so much fun to have Kristi's parents with us for Christmas -- and then even begin what we hope is a new ministry of hospitality and having friends, co-workers and ministry partners over to our place for fun and relaxing times together.
Some of our best news is that Alexandria is doing GREAT with both overcoming seizures and with improving in her school work. We know that this is due to at least two things: 1) the prayers of so many people for her healing, and 2) the added vitamins, antioxidants and phytonutrients that we've been giving her.
And as we continue to be blessed with great health all around, that is now freeing us up to really do the work that we are called to do. :)
One very specific task that I (Andy) am working on right now is programming the ntm.org website to allow donors to give monthly, automatically recurring credit-card donations to missionaries and projects. This is just one small part of the system that I helped create two years ago that allows more than $1.4 million to be donated through the website each year. And every bit of that goes to faciliated the tribal church planting that we do every day around the world.
There's so much more to share, but I'll stop here for now. Kristi, Drew and Kaitlyn are all well and healthy, so thank you so much for your prayers for our family and ministry -- it makes a huge difference!
And don't forget to pray for the Bagwdio tribal people that I've been sharing about ... it's so awesome to be a part of reaching a whole people group with the Gospel just by praying for them!
