For the next two years, I will be in training for tribal church planting at the Missionary Training Center in Camdenton, Missouri. Far from the cooler, tick and armadillo-free New York I am accustomed to, Missouri's natural wildlife habitat has been just another aspect of initial cross-cultural training! While not yet knowing to which field the Lord will direct me, I simply soak in all that I can, both in and out of class, from those He has put around me who have experience and wisdom in this area of ministry. It's been a blessing and joy thus far, and I'm looking forward to all that lies in store within these next years of pre-field training and ministry! |
